The club will bring together players and fans in a day that will combine competition, gastronomy and the festive atmosphere of the Malaga Fair, with prizes, raffles and a cocktail for all participants.
Lauro Golf will once again dress up for the fair next Saturday, August 15 with the celebration of the traditional Malaga Fair 2026 Tournament, one of the most anticipated events on the club’s social and sports calendar. The championship will offer a day in which golf, coexistence and the festive atmosphere will go hand in hand so that members and visitors can enjoy a unique experience.
The competition will be played under the Fourball Stableford modality, a format in pairs that encourages team play and guarantees a dynamic and fun day. The tee will be shot at 9:00 a.m., covering holes 1 to 18, with Course III for men and Course V for women.
As is tradition in the great Lauro Golf tournaments, the day will begin early in the morning with a buffet breakfast, available to all participants from 7:45 a.m., creating the best atmosphere before the start of the competition.
Once the round is over, the protagonism will move from the field to conviviality with a fair cocktail, where players, family members and companions will be able to share the experience and celebrate a day marked by sport and good atmosphere.
The tournament will have a unique category, rewarding the first three handicap pairs, as well as recognizing the best scratch couple. As additional incentives, special prizes will also be awarded to the nearest ball on the 11th hole and the longest driver on the 13th hole, without forgetting the traditional raffle of gifts, which will put the finishing touch to the day.
Registrations will remain open until August 20 at 12:00 p.m., and can be formalized directly at the club. The registration fee will be €30 for season ticket holders, in addition to the corresponding green fee, while non-season ticket holders will be able to participate for €75.
